You can discus menu disks by all those classic ST hack & pack teams. If you have questions, requests or remarks about hackers, packers, screens or just menu disks in general, this is the place to be!
So, there was this menu, don't remember the group, don't remember the games But on its intro screen I remember it having a sort of goblin? dwarf? on the left side smiling slyly, and the tune (which I'm actually looking for) was an excellent rendition of a tune from Pia Zadora's "When The Rain begins to Fall" (https://youtu.be/aahViYznVTQ?t=49 , this should take you to around the 49-sec mark).
Anyone remembers that?
Thanks!

Haha that's so true On second thought maybe it was just a boy and my memory plays some games... Also I'm pretty sure it was wearing a baseball cap or something.
But that was mostly to assist with searching (gonna look at some screenshots), the main point (at least for me) is the tune playing.
Thanks for the pointers!

No, it wasn't that either, today I'm going to look as many screens add possible... It was most probably from a major group, since I learned of the rest, the minor groups, only much later on...

I looked at what I think is every screenshot of every release of all major groups and did not find it; but the trip down memory lane I got was more than worth it!
Over a couple of summers in 1993-1994 me and my pal ripped and collected 1040 mods. Why 1040? We had 100 floppies and we were determined to use them. It was also just enough to fit on one 100Mb Zip disk by 1997.
That tune is among them! I have the whole collection on my phone now.
Still got, still working: Atari 4Mb STe, 520STFM (x2), 2.5Mb STF, Atari 2600JR, Flashback 8 Gold.
