Steem version 3.9.2, 3.9.3 and 3.9.4 DD and D3D versions with different tos versions on win7.
What happens:
-starting Steem
-all works fine
-Setting "Borders" to "off" in the display options.
-all works fine, borders are gone
-closing steem
-starting steem
-error message saying: System exception $C0000005 at $411F08
-steem does not start
-when i change the setting "BorderLastChosen=1" to "BorderLastChosen=0" in the file "steem.ini" steem will start again but with borders.
What causes this?

Couldn't reproduce (no crash for me) but that doesn't mean there's no bug, could trigger only on some systems.
