FORTH dialogs with M_PLAYER (and a bit with ANIPLAY)

Hello,

I added some instructions to FORTH to communicate with the video players when they are installed as accessories.

For example, a simple routine to replay a video:

And you get it!

The most powerful is vd_create that enters an interactive mode with M_PLAYER : this last builds an animation and each time a frame is required, it calls a FORTH word to generate the pixels.
