Fully functional. Clean. Not yellowed. Only slight, superficial signs of use, which can be seen in the photos.
The colour of the mouse is rather whitish. It could be a mouse for the Atari TT. Since the nameplate has obviously fallen off, I don't know any further details.
I have successfully tested the mouse on an Atari 1040 STE. It runs well and completely smoothly. Both buttons respond with a clearly perceptible "click".
