Tried to find out how to compile these. without any luck.

Yes there were but I don't remeber the names.
maybe charles can help you as he toys around with all sort of languages.
If all fails, there is a converter ST BASIC->GFABASIC in the German PD. If this works it should be compilable with GBE in the end.

Re: Compile ST Basic and Fast Basic ????
a ST Basic -> GFA or STOS what ever which has a compiler is fine for me aswell.
I think ST Basic is more similar to STOS than GFA. But im not sure

Re: Compile ST Basic and Fast Basic ????
fast basic has a runtime module but has no ability to fully compile... it merely makes a runtime executable and as for St basic I seem to remember there is one but I think you need to use ldw basic
it's been a while a lot of the basics use similar syntax so what might even be quicker than finding the appropriate compiler is just rewriting the code to work under a different language but sort of defeats the joy of writing in your chosen language
GFA basic is still by far the most easy to use understand and has full support for compiling works on all St models and there is now even an updated version by Lonnie which operates under further extended St models
